My journey into the building trade didn't begin on a building site. It started with a precision engineering apprenticeship, where accuracy, attention to detail and pride in your work were part of everyday life.

My journey into the building trade didn't begin on a building site. It started with a precision engineering apprenticeship, where accuracy, attention to detail and pride in your work were part of everyday life.

After completing my apprenticeship, I moved to America and began taking on construction work while travelling. What started as a way to earn a living quickly became a passion. Working alongside experienced tradespeople, I learnt as much as I could, developing an appreciation for the skill, craftsmanship and problem-solving that goes into creating and improving homes.


Over the last 35 years, I've continued to build on that experience, bringing the same attention to detail from my engineering background into every project I undertake. Whether it's repairing a leaking tap, renovating a kitchen, transforming a garden or building an extension, I believe every job deserves the same care and commitment.


I have a genuine passion for historic buildings.  Their beauty and the innovative techniques used in their construction never fail to fascinate me. I take great pride in being the primary builder for Netley Castle, a structure with historical roots dating back to the reign of King Henry VIII. Working on such a significant and revered building is a true honour.


When you work with Dino's Designs, you'll deal directly with me throughout the project, giving you a single point of contact and complete peace of mind. Alongside a trusted builder and a network of experienced local tradespeople, I can manage everything from small repairs to larger renovation and building projects.


Much of my work comes from repeat customers and personal recommendations, something I'm incredibly proud of. For me, there's no better measure of success than a client who is happy enough to recommend me to their friends and family.
