Premium Engineered Oak Installation
The homeowners wanted to replace outdated carpets and cracked tiles with a seamless, continuous wooden floor flowing from their hallway straight through to the open-plan kitchen. Upon lifting the old floors, we discovered significant height variations and loose, squeaky timber joists between the rooms.
Our flooring specialist, Richard, focused first on the foundation, stabilising the joists and pouring a self-levelling compound to create a perfectly flat base. We then laid 120 square metres of premium engineered European oak. To ensure a truly high-end finish, we undercut all the period door frames and carefully refitted the original skirting boards, completely avoiding the need for unsightly scotia beading. The result is a flawless, highly durable floor that instantly transformed the home.

Period Cottage Full Refurbishment & Structural Repair
This aging period cottage required a complete top-to-bottom transformation after falling into severe disrepair. Upon stripping back the dilapidated kitchen, bathroom, and flooring, we uncovered extensive hidden water damage and severe dry rot that had heavily compromised the structural floor joists.
Before any cosmetic updates could happen, Dino completely rebuilt the subfloor and replaced the rotting timbers to ensure the property was structurally safe. With the foundations secured, we carried out essential exterior brickwork and render repairs, fully re-plastered the interior walls for a glass-smooth finish, and installed a beautiful, modern shaker-style kitchen complete with sleek marble-effect tiling. The property was successfully rescued from ruin and brought back to life as a safe, modern, and welcoming home.

Structural Knock-Through & Custom Media Wall
The clients wanted to modernize their home by opening up two separate living areas into one large, bright, open-plan space. We began by safely supporting the upper floor with Acrow props before removing the dividing load-bearing masonry wall. A heavy-duty steel RSJ beam was installed to secure the structure.
Once the structural work was signed off, we boxed in the steelwork and plastered the opening to create a seamless transition between the rooms. To complete the transformation, we designed and built a bespoke, wood-slatted media wall featuring integrated backlighting, a flush-mounted TV, and a modern electric fireplace. Finally, new hardwood flooring was laid to perfectly unify the newly created space.

Bespoke Dentist Studio Built & Equipment Installation
This project involved the complete design and build of a bespoke dental surgery, creating a professional treatment space from the ground up.
From the initial construction and fit-out through to the installation of specialist dental equipment, every stage was completed to provide a modern, high-quality clinical environment ready for patients.

Construction of a bespoke dental surgery, partitioning, plumbing, electrical installation, specialist finishes and full dental equipment installation.
