Our team recently took on the challenging task of removing an old, disused window cleaning hoist crane from a central London building. To make way for new air conditioning condensing units, we had to carefully dismantle the hoist on-site since the location prevented us from using a crane. With precision and specialist skills, we used a genie lift to safely lower each section, taking extra care to protect the surrounding structure throughout the process.

As you can imagine, a building of this age and size requires regular maintenance and repairs, which must be carried out with care, precision, and respect for its original features and heritage.
